Ninjas today are not what you think. Ninjutsu is merely the art of hiding and using one's surroundings against an opponent. True ninjutsu requires many preparations, and daily exercises, including breathing excercises (much harder than they sound), stretching (extremely important, naturally), and other mental/physical things, like popping certain bones and massaging key points to stimulate blood flow.

I don't see many actual ninja still existing, although ninjutsu-like techniques still apply to most militaristic scouting and recon tactics.

But to answer the question: Hell yeah, you can be a ninja. If you'd started training at about 10. Learing pressure points, training you body to move of it's own accord, throwing shuriken... that takes a lot of time to learn. YEARS. Good luck.
